Jun 28, 2022I know that having a baby is your number one priority right now.
You’re spending so many of your resources trying to achieve this goal: your energy, your thoughts, your time and your financial savings.
Hiring a coach like me may not be something that you’re ready for right now, and I get that. That’s why I dedicate so much of my time to creating free resources and content to help you through this tough season.
Because indirectly or not, I’m here to support you.
You’re already here at the IVF Warriors blog, which is one of my regularly updated free resources. But are you familiar with all the others?

1. Preparing for your First RE Appointment
Many of my resources are for those that are in the thick of it (IVF scheduled, first or multiple rounds of IVF completed). But when I thought back to myself at the very beginning of my journey, when our TTC efforts were unsuccessful but before we knew what was to come, I remembered how nervous I was for that very first reproductive endocrinologist appointment. I remember spending hours in the Google rabbit hole trying to prepare. And even after all that preparation, I still felt unprepared.
The fact is the doctor’s appointments all fly by. You think you know what you want to say, maybe you even write it down, but in the whirlwind moment when the doctor finally comes in to speak to you face-to-face, it’s easy to feel at a loss for words. With this checklist and list of 7 questions to ask at your first RE appointment, you’ll be ready.
2. Daily Habit Tracker
This one is straight from the coaching process! I always talk about how one of the most difficult parts of IVF is how out of control you feel. You can’t control your schedule, you can’t control your appointments and you definitely can’t control your outcome.
But there are so many things in your life that you can control and it is important to focus on these daily things to create positive habits. You can control what you eat, you can control whether or not you take a walk outside each day, you can control that you’re taking little moments of self-care just for YOU.
This Daily Habit Tracker is to help you keep track of the moments that make you feel good and put you back in control so that you can take all the little steps that help you feel better day by day, which in time, definitely add up!
3. The Best Infertility Advice (30 Tips)
When I experienced all the possible outcomes of IVF (failed transfer, miscarriage and IVF miracle baby), there were so many things I wish I’d known before. I learned a LOT along the way in my journey, and much of it I had to figure out on my own. But I didn’t want that for anyone else, because none of us are alone in this journey and so many other women have been through it before.
So I asked other IVF warriors what the one piece of advice is that they would give to someone going through IVF and this resulted in 30 incredible tips for your infertility journey.
4. The Two Week Wait Challenge
This is my most popular free resource and I used to charge for this one but recently decided it’s more important for everyone to have access. The Two Week Wait (TWW) is one of the toughest times for us IVF warriors. After your embryo transfer, you’re in a waiting period until beta day. What’s done is done, it’s all up to fate now, but that doesn’t keep your mind from wandering like crazy. You’re envisioning every scenario, analyzing every move, every symptom and it can feel harder and harder to stay hopeful the longer you have to wait.
That’s why I created the TWW Challenge to provide you with hope and positivity during this time. The challenge includes daily quotes, journal prompts, activity suggestions and so much more.
5. Monthly Webinars
If you’re like me, you want to make a plan, know what you can do to help feel better while going through IVF and learn as much as you can. That’s why I create and share some of the best info I know in a monthly webinar created for you.
With one focus specific to the IVF rollercoaster, you’ll learn tangible steps to take and tools to lean on to help improve your quality of life while you go through infertility.
I want every IVF warrior to know that you are more than your infertility, even though it doesn’t always feel that way. I want to give you hope and tips to get through life one step at a time, rather than putting it on hold.
